Team... its almost that time of year when we all will be wanting time off to do the fun things in life. Please be sure to get your vacation requests in at least 2 weeks in advance to give the management time to find a replacement for you. Vacation request forms can be found in most of the work areas, or on the ATS shared drive under ATS forms. Its a word document at the bottom of the page. Just print it out and fill it out and turn it into the inbox in the office. Or if you prefer, you can save it to your drive and fill it out and email it to one of the management team and the administrative assistant. You will be notified by email if your vacation request has been approved. Do not just assume that because you request time off that it is automatically approved. If you have not heard back either one way or the other, you need to follow up with your team lead or one of the management team (depending on if you are IT or FMS).

ATS Company Picnic

Spring has Sprung!

It has been getting warmer and warmer outside and soon we will be complaining about it being hot. With the warmer weather, and the high gas prices, there are more and more people riding motorcycles. The new parking lot has made quite a few parking places at the end of the first row for motorcycles. I have talked to a few people who are getting or contemplating getting a motorcycle to ride to work. If I could get a car seat on one, I'd be riding one too! Lets try to continue our safety at home and be aware of your surroundings and watch out for motorcycle riders. Their lives could very well be in your hands!

Job Opening

We have an opening in the Print Support area. If anyone knows someone looking for a job, have them fill out a profile on the ATS homepage. Don't forget... you get $$ for referring people if they get hired. You get 1/2 of the money at 90 days and the 2nd half of the money at 180 days.

CPR Training

We are going to be offering another CPR Certification course to our employees. If any of you are interested in becoming CPR Certified and First Aid Certified, let me know and we'll see if we have enough people interested we'll have our trainers schedule another course. Please let me know through either email or coming into the office. Thanks!

Hey Group, I have realized we have an audience so there are some things that I wont be posting. So just stop in and see me if you have questions about something!
