WOW January is...

ALMOST OVER ALREADY! Where has this month gone? I cannot fathom the speediness of time. The holidays are beyond us and seems like nothing left in front of us except a long boring winter. But sometimes that isn't even an accurate picture. With the temps in Central IL today, it seems more like Spring. Today it's suppose to reach 58 degrees. Alot different than last weeks -2 degrees.

Things here are busy and buzzing. We are still looking to hire a couple people, so if anyone knows someone looking for a job, put them in as a referral and if they get hired, you get money!

We have still attained our safety record of ZERO OSHA incidents and ZERO lost time injuries. Each and every person is responsible for this record and the incident reporting is starting to reflect the observance of each employee. We want to insure that each person goes home to his/her family at the end of his/her shift.

Are there times that you are so pleased with the help of someone at ATS and a "Thanks" just doesn't seem like enough? Has someone repeatedly come to your rescue and helped you with something? You can "Thank" them by sending them a Quality Recognition Coupon. These were designed to be used within our organization to thank people for their continued help and support. All you have to do is go to the ATS homepage and click on Quality Recognition and a screen will come up that look like this:

Please utilize this wonderful tool at your disposal. These are redeemable for merchandise or even gift cards. Its a WIN WIN situation!

2008 IS HERE!!!

WOW... Does everyone feel like I do that last year totally flew by? I cannot believe how quickly it has gone. With the start of the new year comes new records we are going to try to attain.

One record we want to continue with is our Zero OSHA incidents. Thank you to each and every person who is committed to the safety that ATS as a corporation implements. We want to continue on this path so that each person goes home safely at the end of his/her work day.

Keep up the good work and hope this year brings happiness and joy throughout its days.
